Professional Skills for the Next Step.

The International Business School of Scandinavia (IBSS) works with Bloom Business School to support university students and graduates seeking to strengthen their professional skills, enhance their employability and prepare for the next stage of their careers.

Through this collaboration, participants undertake a focused two-month professional development programme delivered by Bloom Business School in collaboration with IBSS.

The programme combines career-oriented training with higher education certification, giving participants an opportunity to complement their existing academic backgrounds with additional knowledge and practical competencies relevant to today’s international employment environment.

Continued Development

From Professional Training to Further Study.

The initiative is designed to provide more than a short-term training experience.

Participants develop skills intended to support their transition from university education into professional life, while also gaining exposure to opportunities for continued academic and professional development.

Participants who demonstrate particularly strong performance may be considered for partial scholarships towards further studies, including diploma and master’s-level programmes.

Employability

Connecting Education with Career Development.

For university students and recent graduates, academic qualifications represent only one part of preparing for a competitive employment environment.

Developing additional professional competencies, practical knowledge and an understanding of workplace expectations can help graduates prepare more effectively for their future careers.

The collaboration between IBSS and Bloom Business School brings these areas together through a programme connecting professional skills development with international education and opportunities for further academic progression.

International Collaboration

Creating Pathways Beyond Graduation.

Through initiatives such as this, IBSS and its international partners continue to create educational pathways designed to support learners at different stages of their academic and professional journeys.

By connecting professional skills development, international education and opportunities for further academic progression, IBSS and Bloom Business School aim to help ambitious students and graduates take meaningful steps towards their future careers.
