Through this collaboration, participants undertake a focused two-month professional development programme delivered by Bloom Business School in collaboration with IBSS.
The programme combines career-oriented training with higher education certification, giving participants an opportunity to complement their existing academic backgrounds with additional knowledge and practical competencies relevant to today’s international employment environment.
Continued Development

The initiative is designed to provide more than a short-term training experience.
Participants develop skills intended to support their transition from university education into professional life, while also gaining exposure to opportunities for continued academic and professional development.
Participants who demonstrate particularly strong performance may be considered for partial scholarships towards further studies, including diploma and master’s-level programmes.
